CHAFF CUTTER – worked by late Jack Clark family and donated by the Watts Family.

Cliff and Bunting chaff cutter- Ballarat made.  – The chaff cutter was used to cut the hay into small pieces, call ‘chaff’, this was added to grain to feed to working horses and house cows.  The horses were the power source on early farms and the chaff was the fuel.
